Active Nonviolence Education Center had a nonviolent training session with 52 Students from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Gujarat.

Concepts discussed and taught during the session was mainly nonviolence, nonviolent communication and Buddhist perspective on nonviolent. Geshe  Ngawang Sonam (one of the personal translators of His Holiness the Dalai Lama) was invited to talk on Buddhist perspective on Nonviolence. Students thoroughly enjoyed the session and had plenty of questions. The student group then visited Central Tibetan Administration, its department, and later Tibetan Medical and Astrological Institute.
