Ms. Tenzin Choezin

Executive Director

Tenzin Choezin has over 6 years’ experience in the field of training, counselling and administration. She has worked with the Central Tibetan Administration as the Head Consultant for Tibetan Career Centre and has also served in the non-governmental sector as the project officer of Central Tibetan Women’s Association.

Choezin has a Master’s in English literature from Jawaharlal Nehru University and is an alumnus of ‘Women’s leadership for community development’ program at the Coady institute, Canada. She is also a certified trainer for gender, entrepreneurship development, leadership development and holds expertise in giving training methodology to budding trainers. Project management, team building and soft skill development are also part of her portfolio.

Over 4000 people across schools, vocational institutes and organizations in Tibetan settlements in India have received her training and counselling services.

Mr. Penpa

Accountant cum Office Secretary

Penpa has a Master’s in Commerce specializing in human resource management from Andhra Loyola College based in South India. He has earlier served the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) in various capacities of counselling and secretarial responsibilities. He has over 6 years’ experience in the field of accounting and secretarial practices.

Mr. Ngawang Lungtok

Senior Trainer cum Teaching Officer
Ngawang Lungtok has a Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi and holds experiences of working as a freelancer. Ngawang has worked as a travel show host with Japanese Tokyo Broadcasting System Holdings, a project in collaboration with the Indian Ministry of Tourism.  He has also worked with the German Graphic Design Page editor for a story project in Dharamshala, India. Ngawang has conducted numerous training on nonviolence education for Tibetan youth and Indian youths.
