ANEC visits Dr. Pema Yangchen (Kalon of Department of Education, CTA).
In our meeting last Saturday, we discussed and made some proposals.
1. We discussed sending our(ANEC) trainers for professional training schools within India and had a discussion about its budget.
2. We also discussed upcoming Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche’s talk on “Nonviolence from a Buddhist Perspective to Tibetan Children” and decided unanimously that this talk will be the guideline for both ANEC and DOE.
3. We also talked about jointly coordinating programs in the future to educate Tibetan Children on nonviolence from a Buddhist perspective.
4. Kalon Dr. Pema Yangchen la has agreed to become Honorary Member of ANEC.
