About Active Nonviolence Education Center (ANEC):

The Active Nonviolence Education Center (ANEC) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization under the Societies Registration Act of 2006. Founded on September 10, 2007, ANEC is a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to promoting peace and nonviolence through education and advocacy.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and qualified individual to join our team as an Accountant. The ideal candidate will manage ANEC’s financial operations with precision and professionalism while aligning with the organization’s mission and values.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
2. Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
3. Proficiency in Tibetan and English languages, both written and spoken.
4. Ability to prepare financial statements and budgets.
5. Competence in managing and recording financial data and transactions accurately.
6. Strong skills in planning, coordinating, and managing program finances.
7. Receptive, proactive, and creative problem-solving abilities.
8. High standards of integrity and dedication to work within a value-driven organization.
9. Relevant work experience (certificate, if available, is preferred).
