Activity Overview:
The Seeds of Awareness (SOA) program at Upper TCV School started with a greeting and an
interactive introduction. This was followed by the narration of “Jack and Betty & Yak and Yeti,”
The story follows two children, Jack and Betty, who travel to snowy mountains where they meet
a yak and a mysterious yeti. At first, the yeti seems a little frightening because of its size and appearance. However, as the story unfolds, the children discover that the yeti is actually friendly
and kind. After the storytelling session, students participated in the activity “MY FUTURE ME” where
Children were asked to draw what they want to become when they grow up. After completing
their drawings, they shared their thoughts and explained the reason behind their choices. The
program concluded with refreshments.
