Activity Overview:
The Seeds of Awareness (SOA) program at Upper TCV School started with a greeting and an
interactive introduction. This was followed by the narration of “The Boat,” a story about a
mouse, ant, chick, ladybug, and frog who encounter a pond in the forest. While the frog mocks
the others for not being able to swim, the group eventually works together to build a boat. By
balancing their weight, they cross the pond successfully. The story teaches that teamwork helps
overcome challenges.

After the storytelling session, students participated in the “Shape to Story” activity, where they
used shapes to create drawings based on their imagination. The program concluded with
refreshments and a short video that reinforced the moral of teamwork.
