ANEC trainer cum Research officer Mr. Thupten Gyaltsen spoke to over 300 students from 33 different schools from Indian and Nepal at the 4^th Student leadership organized by Department of Education, Central Tibetan Administration.  Mr. Thupten Gyaltsen spoken on the importance of strategic and pragmatic nonviolence in Tibetan national cause and also presented his research paper on Chinese Government pillars of support.
