Ms. Tenzin Choezin
Executive Director

Tenzin Choezin has over 6 years’ experience in the field of training, counselling and administration. She has worked with the Central Tibetan Administration as the Head Consultant for Tibetan Career Centre and has also served in the non-governmental sector as the project officer of Central Tibetan Women’s Association.

Choezin has a Master’s in English literature from Jawaharlal Nehru University and is an alumnus of ‘Women’s leadership for community development’ program at the Coady institute, Canada. She is also a certified trainer for gender, entrepreneurship development, leadership development and holds expertise in giving training methodology to budding trainers. Project management, team building and soft skill development are also part of her portfolio.

Over 4000 people across schools, vocational institutes and organizations in Tibetan settlements in India have received her training and counselling services.

Mr. Penpa
Accountant cum Office Secretary

Penpa has a Master’s in Commerce specializing in human resource management from M.S University of Baroda, Gujarat. He has earlier served the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) in various capacities of counselling and secretarial responsibilities. He has over 6 years’ experience in the field of accounting and secretarial practices.

Mr. Ngawang Lungtok
Senior Trainer cum Teaching Officer

Ngawang Lungtok has a Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi and holds experiences of working as a freelancer. Ngawang has worked as a travel show host with Japanese Tokyo Broadcasting System Holdings, a project in collaboration with the Indian Ministry of Tourism.  He has also worked with the German Graphic Design Page editor for a story project in Dharamshala, India. Ngawang has conducted numerous training on nonviolence education for Tibetan youth and Indian youths.

Ms. Tenzin Dadon
Intern/Project coordinator

Tenzin Dadon has a master’s degree in Political Science from Lovely Professional University and has studied Peace and Conflict Resolution. She has participated in the Green Schools Programme, organized by the New Delhi based ‘Environment Education Unit of the Centre for Science and Environment’ and has taken part in practical sessions on auditing natural resources.

Dadon has also worked for ‘my climate management committee of Switzerland’, as a participant in the International Climate Education Project. Currently, she has been selected for the three month’s internship program at ANEC and she will be interning from Sept-Nov 2021.

Mr. Tenzin Yonten
Intern/Project coordinator

Tenzin Yonten is a lawyer and an aspiring trainer with a degree in LLM from IMS Unison University and has also studied the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as part of his academic curriculum.

He has served as the President of Regional Tibetan Legal Association (RTLA –M) in 2016-2017, the president of Mysore Tibetan Students’ Association (MTSA) from 2017-2018 and as the General Secretary of Federation of International Student association (FISA-M) from 2018-2019.

Yonten has led trainings on legal awareness for various southern Tibetan schools from 2016-2017. Currently, he has been selected for the three month’s internship program at ANEC and he will be interning from Sept-Nov 2021.

Ms. Lhakpa Dolma
Intern/Administration officer

Lhakpa Dolma has a graduate degree in English hons from Baroda University and is an aspiring trainer.

She has volunteered at “Friend society” based in Baroda from 2019- 2020 and has successfully completed her Central Tibetan Administration pre-service training from 2020-2021. Currently, Lhakpa has been selected for the three month’s internship program at ANEC and she will be interning from Sept-Nov 2021.
